This week Mauney PLLC filed an Amended Complaint against the New Indy plant owners - adding three South Carolinians, including a Navy veteran who retired to Indian Land from Texas. Only to encounter and develop health issues after the factory's pollution output skyrocketed. Charlotte attorney Gary Mauney was interviewed by WCNC today about the property and health issues facing the North and South Carolina residents near the plant.
