On Tuesday, Mauney PLLC filed a complaint in the South Carolina federal court (Rock Hill) against the company that owns the New Indy Containerboard plant. I have attached the complaint (see bottom of news article). The complaint alleges that North and South Carolina residents of places like Ballentyne, Weddington, Marvin, Indian Land, and Fort Mill are suffering from the pollution being emitted by the plant.
